Is there anything better than a warm bowl of soup on a cold winter’s day? I don’t think so, personally. This butternut soup is quick and easy to make and it only has five main ingredients, six if you want to jazz it up a little bit. It’s the perfect recipe to add to your meal-prepping repertoire and it’ll be a crowd-pleaser at any dinner party.
I love eating soup with a good hunk of bread, but if you are looking for an alternative, I recently started eating mine with a handful of Santa Anna corn chips – you can dunk them in and scoop soup out or you can break them up and scatter over the top. Okay, excuse me, I have to go make this butternut soup again!
