1. It’ll Pump Your Heart Rate Right Up
Why is this good? Increasing your heart rate even a little fries kilojoules and most of those come from fat storage which, ting ting ting – you guessed it – results in weight loss. What’s more, it improves your stamina and recovery abilities. You’ll be able to work out for longer and recover in less time than before. Plus: It’s good for you! A healthier heart means a healthier body. By increasing your heart rate for just an hour a day, you can decrease your cholesterol levels, and by that we mean the bad kind. Work it for a better inside and outside.

2. You’ll Burn Up To 500 Calories In 60 Minutes
Raising your heart rate and getting that bod moving for just one hour can result in up to 500 calories (or 2 000kJ) being burnt. Adventure Boot Camp is set up so that you work out Monday to Friday, morning or evening, for four weeks (but you won’t want to stop there).
