Upgrade your waffles with this banana-nut waffle Sundae recipe…

While you’d usually associate waffles with a “cheat” meal, this fresh take on an old favourite comes in at 2000kJ and has a bunch of benefits. What You Need

½ banana, sliced
2 frozen waffles
¼ cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp toasted walnuts

Method

1/ Toast waffles and top with Greek yoghurt, banana slices and toasted walnuts.
