What You Need

350ml water
½ cup chopped kale
½ cup chopped spinach
½ cup chopped
cucumber
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp sliced ginger
1 tbsp flaxseed powder
Few sprigs of parsley
2 small apples, chopped
1 cup ice

Method
