I’m a big fan of salads that take no time to prepare, but are still jam-packed with flavour. And is there a better feeling than finishing a salad and actually being satisfied?
This chopped salad is at the top of my list of go-to meals – it’s easy, healthy, delicious and really filling. And the best part is that you can adapt it to your tastes. Not a fan of coriander? Use your favourite herb instead. Like it hot? Add an extra chilli. Don’t have a pepper? Leave it out.
Follow the recipe below as closely or loosely as you like – it will be very hard to create something that isn’t delicious.
