1/ You do not want to miss out on…RUMBLE!

Seriously. We’ve tried it and you are going to love it! Boxing is a major fitness trend right now and Virgin Active’s new Rumble class is the perfect way to punch out your frustrations without actually getting in the ring. But that’s only the beginning. Rumble at #FNO will be a rocking, supersized extravaganza with a truly epic soundtrack. It’s going to get loud. It’s going to get fierce. Get ready to RUMBLE!

2/ The goodie bag is  jam packed!

Snazzy adidas yoga mat? Check. Polaroid peak cap? Check. Rumble skipping rope? Check. Powerade to keep you hydrated? Check. Shield deodorant so you’re not a hot mess? Check. And of course, your limited-edition Women’s Health #FNO workout top so can train in style. And those are just a few of the gifts you’ll find in your #FNO drawstring bag, courtesy of our partners. We don’t want to ruin all the surprises!

4/ Access to the Hottest Celebrity Trainers and Workouts

Bring your leg-warmers and sweat bands and take a trip back to the 80s with a retro aerobics class by Next Fitness Star Inge Viljoen. Buddy up for Popupgym with Letshego Zulu. Hit the mat for the sassiest yoga class you’ll ever do with Earthchild Project’s Noks Jada and try to keep up with homegrown SA fitness class Afropop Gumboot dance with @33Concepts. Not to mention, when the sun goes down…the rooftop is going to Rumble!

So grab a bunch of girls, throw on your most lekker pair of leggings and your brightest sports bra and enjoy a night out with your girls that you will never forget. FNO is a jol…with benefits.
