Milk tarts are generally quite easy to make and every family has their own version. But sometimes granny’s old-faithful recipe is just a tad too high on the kilojoule side. We recommend baking a crustless milk tart to lessen the guilt. Use xylitol instead of sugar and replace regular flour with a gluten-free flour mix (easy to find in most supermarkets)
