Your drinking habit is costing you. And we’re not talking about alcohol. A review of research published in the journal Diabetes Care indicated that those who had one to two servings of soft drinks a day had 26% greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes than those who had no soft drinks or less than one a month. Yikes!

And here’s the really crazy part: Guzzling those sugar drinks has a bigger impact on our waistlines than anything else we eat.
