Meet Siobion Cameron-Dirks
Siobion is proof that dynamite comes in small packages. Three years ago, this mom found herself obese, battling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrom, dealing with binge eating disorder and generalised anxiety- all which made life very difficult. “My life was spiralling out of control until one when I told myself ‘you may not be able to control everything in your life, but you sure as hell can control what you eat and how you treat your body,” she explains. Doing a total 360 and she changed her life by losing 33 kilos in a matter of months.
Loving her new lifestyle, Siobion wanted to share the experience and help other women change their lives. Now working as a health coach, motivator, blogger and certified Kettlebell instructor, she’s helping others help themselves. “At 40, I am in love with life again, living my best life and determined to help women all over the world, one swing and squat at a time,” says Siobion.
