Khloé Kardashian is all about exercise and healthy eating, but even she can’t resist the lure of fast food sometimes. In a new post on her blog, Khloé shared her “survival guide” to ordering at three popular chains: McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and KFC.
“Even though clean eating is my M.O., sometimes I find myself in situations where there just isn’t an avocado smoothie or quinoa salad on the menu,” she writes. “When your only options are the Golden Arches or Colonel Sanders, you don’t have to throw your whole diet out the window!”

People reports that Khloé’s go-to order at Mickey D’s is the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which comes in at 1508 kilojoules. At Taco Bell, she orders two soft chicken tacos from the fresco menu (1464 kilojoules), and at KFC she orders Kentucky Grilled Chicken Breast with sweet kernel corn and green beans (1297 kilojoules). Her fast food orders are pretty high in protein, and added veggies offer vitamins A, C and E. And no, there are no fries involved.
