Spaghetti bolognaise was a staple in my house when I was growing up. Of course, I wasn’t vegan at the time, so it was beef bolognaise. When I stopped eating meat as a teenager, I mentally removed bolognaise from my list of food options and moved on with life. Until I decided to change the recipe from mince bolognaise to lentil bologniase.
It worked so well that it quickly became a staple. It’s a really great recipe because if you get tired of lentils, you can also soya mince. This recipe is also great for meal-prepping because you can make a big batch on Sunday and eat it for supper during the week.
