How to ripen an avocado – fast!
Step 1 Preheat your oven to about 90 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Wrap your avocado in some tin foil.
Step 3: Place your avo on a tray (lined with baking paper).
Step 4: Wait 10 minutes.
Step 5: Place your avocado in the fridge to cool down, and… DONE!
Why we LOVE avos:

– They contain high amounts of oleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties.
– They contain high amounts of vitamin K, which regulates blood clotting and helps maintain bone strength.

Avos may help you lose weight! A study published in Nutrition Journal showed that the addition of half an avocado at a lunch meal can influence post-ingestive satiety over a subsequent three and five hour period in overweight adults. Also a US study found people who consumed about three tablespoons of high-oleic oils on a daily basis for four weeks lowered their belly fat by 1.6 percent compared to those who consumed a flax/safflower oil blend.
