If you are anything like us, you’re having all the feels about the ban on the catsuit Serena Williams wore to the French Open back in May 2018.

The black-and-pink Nike suit was specifically designed to prevent blood clots from forming, a complication she suffered after the birth of her daughter, Alexis. But it won’t be making the same comeback as the tennis star did after her pregnancy. The “superhero” outfit, so named by both her and her fans, has been banned by the French Tennis Federation.

“I think that sometimes we’ve gone too far. It will no longer be accepted. One must respect the game and the place” – this is what French Tennis Federation president Bernard Giudicelli had to say about the look.
