In another nod to the body positive movement, one Brooklyn-based rapper named Miss Eaves has released an awesome new single that’s all about rocking your body with total confidence, no matter your shape or size.

“Chub rub, the day is just heating up,” Miss Eaves raps in the opening of “Thunder Thighs,” a body-positive anthem that’s straight up catchy and inspiring (and not at all cheesy). “Mom jeans all day, why you mad though?” is another line we love.

When asked about how she came up with the idea for the song in an interview with Jezebel, Miss Eaves explains that the track “is really about me embracing my body but also finding the humour in issues thicker people face.” She describes the creative process as relatively quick, as the topic is one she deals with on a daily basis: “Thanks to a lifetime of experience having thick thighs, I was able to write the song in about an hour,” she tells Jezebel.

You have to watch the badass music video, which features a group of ladies—young, old and in between—hanging out in Brooklyn, celebrating their curves. One of the best parts? The older ladies show up sans bra, which Miss Eaves describes as a “total empowering zero F’s moment.” And every time we step out on a warmer day, we guarantee this line will be running through our heads: “Thick thighs, sundress, I’m looking good.”
