Hectic schedules, late nights in the office, crazy kids lift clubs, prolonged catch-up drinks with friends – all of these things can lead to “I just don’t have the energy to spend hours in the kitchen”. And sometimes it can also lead to a scroll through certain apps on your phone and supper magically appearing at your door half an hour later. While there’s no shame in this, we can’t rely on delivery services every time we’ve had a long day (we can, but it gets expensive and isn’t always so great for the waistline).
Luckily, this stir-fry is super quick and requires minimum effort. And it’s super versatile, so if you don’t have some of the ingredients or you feel like adding others, you can. There really are no rules – other than to make it delicious, of course. Remember not to overdo the seasoning, the soy sauce will take care of all your salt needs.
